Roger Seward is well regarded as a highly innovative entrepreneur, community leader, and mentor. With more than 20 years experience in sales, marketing, technology, and team development, he offers keen insight for clients seeking to leverage the power of people and technology to gain a competitive edge in business.

Roger launched his career in sales at Digital Equipment Corporation, followed by Pitney Bowes as a Regional Sales Representative. He was quickly promoted at Pitney Bowes, holding management positions in Ottawa and Toronto, where he developed a sales training curriculum for new hires coming into the copier division, and was a top performer, consistently ranking in the top 5% in Canada.

During his tenure in Toronto, he built, mentored, and managed a team of 14 Sales professionals who doubled sales revenue in the first year, some of whom remain leaders in the Imaging Technology industry today.

In 1993, he moved home to Halifax to establish Compass Document Solutions, which grew to become one of the region’s largest and most successful Imaging Technology companies. 

Following the sale of Compass Document Solutions to Pitney Bowes in 2000, he ventured into the world of marketing and founded ThreeTon, a highly creative agency specializing in innovative online solutions.  In 2005, he successfully sold ThreeTon, and co-founded the Think group of companies, including Think Imaging Solutions, Think Marketing and Think Financing.

Roger is a respected community leader who is actively involved behind the scenes to organize and raise funds for important causes. He is passionate about mentoring others, and plays an active role helping youth in our communities through his support of youth hockey leagues and youth sailing. He is most happy spending time with his wife Judy, and his children, and  enjoys time on the ski slopes with his boys.
